Diana is the owner and President of Surrogate Alternatives and oversees all arrangements through our office. Diana gave birth to twin boys in 1998 for a couple in Los Angeles and delivered a little girl in 2003 for a couple in New York. Diana has also been a successful Egg Donor five times with seven children resulting from her donations. Diana began working in the infertility field in 1996 with the hope and dream of seeing many happy “families” created. We are happy to report we have been an intricate part of the creation of over 700 children and many more that are not yet born.
Ann is the Office Manager for Surrogate Alternatives. Ann provides valuable knowledge and support to our clients, surrogates and egg donors with 7 years experience in the infertility field. Ann assists new and potential clients in selecting their surrogate and/or egg donor and has final approval on all new surrogate and egg donor applications. Ann assists with health insurance coverage and reviews expenses submitted by our surrogates. Ann is available after office hours should an emergency arise that requires immediate attention. Ann has been a surrogate mother herself, having delivered a little girl in 2003 and twins in 2005.
Lisa is the Office Coordinator for Surrogate Alternatives. She handles all initial intake forms for potential Surrogates to determine if they meet our eligibility requirements. She then prepares accepted profiles for online submission into our database. Lisa assists with requesting funds for all clients account as well as reconciling and closing accounts once the time comes. Lisa is on her fifth surrogacy through Surrogate Alternatives and she has given birth to 7 children for other couples.
Messina is the Case Manager for Surrogate Alternatives. She provides support to our clients, Surrogates and Egg Donors during the screening and legal process. Messina is responsible for coordinating IVF cycles and confirming the Surrogate and/or Egg Donor has scheduled all necessary medical and psychological appointments. She also facilitates all necessary referrals to professionals to ensure the process runs smoothly. Messina is currently matched as a Surrogate for a couple in New York.
Art is the Vice President/web master for Surrogate Alternatives. Art maintains and manages the online profile databases and updates the web site routinely to ensure accuracy. Profiles of available surrogates and egg donors change often and Art removes profiles as they become matched and adds new profiles as they are accepted. Art is also responsible for our web presence, which includes Internet marketing, advertising and web site design. Technical questions, issues and new designs are handled by Art.

Melissa Walsh
Michelle is the Support Coordinator for Surrogate Alternatives. She provides ongoing support to our Surrogates by attending medical appointments and contacting them by phone and/or email to ensure they fully understand the process and never feel alone during their journey. Michelle maintains close relationships with all of our Surrogates while sharing her unique experience as a Surrogate herself. Planning for our monthly support group meetings, family event and retreat weekends, Michelle takes pride in making sure these events run smoothly. Michelle has been a Surrogate twice, she delivered twins in 2009 and a little girl in 2010.
Melissa is a support coordinator for Surrogate Alternatives. She delivered two sets of twins, the first in 2005 and again in 2008. Melissa assists Surrogate Alternatives with all agency functions to ensure they run smoothly. Melissa is dedicated and passionate about surrogacy and a valuable team member.
Tori Van De Voort
Tori is the Egg Donor Coordinator for Surrogate Alternatives. Tori is responsible for screening, interviewing and educating all Egg Donor applicants. She handles all initial intake forms for potential Egg Donors to determine if they meet our eligibility requirements. She then prepares accepted profiles for online submission into our database. Tori provides ongoing support and ensures up to date availability for all Egg Donors. Tori has been an Egg Donor herself, which gives her the unique insight and experience allowing her to share her knowledge with other women going through the process.
Daniela Alvarez-Malo
Daniela is the Spanish Case Manager for Surrogate Alternatives. Daniela is fluent in Spanish and assists our clients by breaking the language barrier, allowing them to feel more comfortable with understanding the process from start to finish. Daniela is currently enrolled in San Diego State University majoring in International Business and is dedicated to ensuring our clients receive a timely response to any questions or concerns they may have 24 hours a day.
Heidi Flores
Heidi has been apart of Surrogate Alternatives since 2008, delivering a little boy in 2009 and twins in 2010. Heidi provides support to all Surrogates registered with Surrogate Alternatives by sharing her experience through Facebook and assisting during the monthly support group meetings, family event and retreat weekends. Heidi volunteers her time to ensure each and every Surrogate has a wonderful and memorable experience.
Sandy has worked for Surrogate Alternatives since May of 2002.Sandy now works in a part time capacity assisting during monthly support group meetings, family events and our retreat weekends. Sandy delivered twins for an LA couple and enjoys staying involved in this special and unique field. We are very lucky to have her and she is a great asset to our team.
