Monica Lopez – Support Coordinator
Monica Lopez is a Support Coordinator at Surrogate Alternatives, Inc. (SAI), where she combines personal surrogacy experience with a genuine passion for guiding families through one of the most meaningful journeys of their lives. She is currently in her third surrogacy journey, and each experience has strengthened her commitment to helping families grow through compassion and support.
About Monica
Monica’s dedication to surrogacy began with her first journey, which opened her eyes to the profound impact one act of kindness can have on another family’s life. As she continued into her second and now third journey, her passion only grew stronger. Every experience has taught her more about patience, empathy, and the beauty of giving selflessly.
Before joining SAI, Monica’s caring nature and desire to help others shaped her personally and professionally. She takes pride in being someone others can rely on, especially during emotional or challenging moments. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, discovering new places, and appreciating life’s simple joys.
Her Surrogacy Journey
Monica is currently on her third surrogacy journey, and she can’t wait to complete another chapter in helping build a family. Each journey has brought her closer to understanding the emotional and physical layers of the process. As a result, Monica brings first-hand insight, compassion, and encouragement to every surrogate she supports. These experiences allow her to guide others with authenticity and genuine care.
Monica Lopez’s Role at Surrogate Alternatives
In her role as a Support Coordinator at SAI, Monica is deeply committed to ensuring surrogates and Intended Parents always feel supported, cared for, and uplifted. She believes every person entering the surrogacy process deserves individual attention, reassurance, and kindness. Because of this, she goes above and beyond to create a warm, encouraging environment for the families she serves.
For Monica, the most rewarding part of her work is seeing the gratitude and happiness that come when Intended Parents finally meet their baby — a moment they may have waited years to experience. Being part of the team that helps bring new life into the world is a gift she never takes for granted, and working alongside a dedicated and passionate SAI team makes it even more meaningful.
