Nicole Leon – Case Manager
Nicole Leon has been a valued member of the Surrogate Alternatives (SAI) team since December 2019. She currently serves as a Case Manager, where she has the privilege of guiding Intended Parents and surrogates through one of the most meaningful and emotional journeys of their lives. Nicole brings warmth, dedication, and firsthand experience to every family she supports.
About Nicole
As a mother of four three girls and one boy Nicole believes deeply in the power of family. Her own surrogacy journey strengthened that belief even further. Nicole carried and delivered baby Emma, who will soon turn four. That experience gave her a profound appreciation for both the emotional depth of surrogacy and the incredible women who make parenthood possible for others.
Outside of work, Nicole loves creating memories with her family, especially through travel. One of her most cherished experiences was visiting Europe with her children to meet two Intended Parents she had supported through SAI. That moment reminded her why she loves this work — because every connection, every journey, and every family has its own story.
Her Surrogacy Perspective
Nicole understands the excitement, hope, and vulnerability that come with the surrogacy journey. Her own experience helped her see surrogacy through the eyes of both the Intended Parent and the surrogate. As a result, she approaches her work with compassion, patience, and a deep respect for the emotional experiences involved. She is especially moved by the moment Intended Parents meet their baby for the first time. It brings her to tears every single time.
In addition, Nicole is passionate about helping young women and families improve their financial and emotional well-being through surrogacy. She believes the journey can be transformative not only for Intended Parents but also for the surrogates who choose this path.
Nicole Leon’s Role at Surrogate Alternatives

She ensures everyone feels informed, valued, and supported from the very beginning of the process. For Nicole, being part of a process that helps build families is more than a job — it is her calling. She believes every family deserves individualized attention, kindness, and understanding. Ultimately, she is grateful to be part of a team that shares her passion for changing lives.
What I love about this job:
- I love helping Intended Parents fulfill their dream of having a family of their own.
- I love being able to support young women as they improve their lives financially through surrogacy.
- I love being paid to do something that never feels like work.
FUN FACTS:
- Nicole is the oldest of three siblings and the second oldest of 19 grandchildren.
- For her 30th birthday, she gifted herself an 11-day trip to Thailand. It was the farthest she had ever traveled from home and the longest she had ever been away from her children.
- Although she enjoyed the adventure, she missed her babies deeply and couldn’t wait to get home to them.
