My name is Xueying Snow Li and I am the Chinese Client Services Director at SAI. I entered the third-party reproduction industry in 2018, right after graduating from UCSD. I grew up in Beijing, China. When I was 17, I moved to California with my parents. I have always wanted to help people in my life. I like listening and solving problems for my friends and family. Working at SAI is perfect for me to allow me have the ability to help people all oround the world.
I can’t say enough how enjoyable it is to see Intended Parents have their own baby with my help. With some work experience in the industry, I started working in Surrogate Alternatives Inc. in beginning of 2020. SAI is a great place to find a surrogate and the perfect place for their clients and the employees. The most memorable event I had with SAI was the Disney Retreat in 2020. It’s very exciting to see how much an agency cares for the surrogates and clients. All SAI team members have a lot of experiences and passions in their job. And of course, everyone has a beautiful heart.
I treat every case as my own case. Knowing that their journey might be the most important thing in my client’s life, I am always on top of the process. Being bilingual with both Mandarin and English allows me to better assist the Intended Parents from different places.
What I love about this job:
- I love being part of the journey for Intended Parents and the Surrogates.
- It is the most enjoyable thing to see the smiles on their face when we successfully finish the journey together. I can get very emotional when I see IP’s happiness, sometimes with happy tears.
- I get to work with a wonderful team that truly care for their clients and surrogates.
FUN FACTS:
I have always wanted a big brother in my life. Seeing Intended Parents working on their second child always get me some images how wonderful their children can get along together. I love sports, especially hiking and scuba diving. I love to see the different parts of nature and appreciate the peace and tranquility that nature provides to us.
