I am the Assistant Intake Director here at SAI. I am currently going through my own surrogacy journey as a surrogate, and I’m so excited to help someone build their family with my assistance! Throughout this journey I have developed a true devotion for creating families, both directly and indirectly.
I am also a full time Mom and I love my little family! I have 2 boys, the oldest being 2 and a half and my youngest being 1 and a half. After having children, my entire life changed. I now have so much joy and love in my heart and creating memories with them is what I will always strive to do. When I had my second child, I realized I wanted to give a family the gift of life and become a surrogate to help make their dreams come true of having a family come true. Being a surrogate to me means being selfless and valiant. I am so thankful to be a part of the reason someone gets to experience the joys of having a family.
My job with SAI is important because I get to talk to the surrogates first hand and educate them on surrogacy as well as give them an insight as to what SAI is all about. I love creating relationships with surrogates every day. In fact, my job doesn’t even feel like a job at all. I get to spend time with surrogate who are in their beginning stages of their journey. I think my job is truly special and I feel honored to be working alongside my fellow surrogates every day.
The things I love about my job:
- I get to make a positive impact on surrogates’ lives through their journey.
I get to create lifelong connections with surrogates.
Every day I get to see the journeys progress and turn into beautiful
My coworkers are very helpful and amazing to work with each and
Memories are being created and dreams are coming true and I get to
be a part of the process
My life is surrounded by a community of surrogates who love
creating families just as much as I do.
I love to cook, although I don’t cook as much as I’d like. I am ambidextrous but write with my left hand. My family is obsessed with Disneyland and our dream is to experience Disneyworld someday. I would love to travel to Greece, Italy, Germany and somewhere in the Caribbean. Before kids, traveling was my favorite activity. Now, I just don’t have time with an active toddler and an infant in the house. I love candles and cleaning is very therapeutic to me.
