Elena Silva – Case Manager

Elena Silva is a Case Manager at Surrogate Alternatives (SAI). She was drawn to SAI because of her passion for helping others and her desire to support both surrogates and Intended Parents throughout one of the most meaningful experiences of their lives. Elena understands how important encouragement and guidance can be during pregnancy, which is why she approaches every family with empathy, consistency, and care.

About Elena

Elena first connected with the mission of Surrogate Alternatives after learning how deeply the agency supports women during their journeys. Because of her own positive experience during pregnancy, she felt inspired to be part of a team that celebrates the highs, offers comfort during the lows, and ensures every surrogate and Intended Parent feels cared for.

As a Case Manager, Elena values the relationships she builds. She enjoys checking in with surrogates, asking how they are doing, and making sure they feel heard and supported. These conversations are often the highlight of her day, and they reinforce why this work matters so much to her.

In her role as a Case Manager, Elena provides guidance, communication, and emotional support throughout each stage of the surrogacy journey. She believes every family deserves a compassionate advocate who helps them move forward with clarity and confidence. Elena is motivated by the joy of seeing Intended Parents move closer to their dream of expanding their family and the pride surrogates feel in making that dream possible.

Fun Facts About Me

I love to travel and have visited Canada, Mexico, China, Taiwan, South Korea, and many places within the United States.
I hope to travel abroad again soon with my husband and my son — especially to Vietnam, which is part of our family heritage.
I hold a Master’s degree in English Composition.
