Diana Olmeda
Former 1X gestational surrogate and five-time egg donor who founded Surrogate Alternatives in 1998. Diana remains hands-on in oversight, mentoring the team and staying available when questions or sensitive situations arise.
Vivian Wilborne
Oversees day-to-day operations to ensure journeys move smoothly, systems stay organized, and both surrogates and parents receive consistent support.
Damien Olmeda
Leads strategy, communication, and education across the agency through marketing and content, ensuring families and surrogates receive clear, honest information at every stage.

Coordinates care and communication throughout the journey, ensuring every detail is managed and nothing falls through the cracks.
Supports Surrogate Intake through profile reviews & onboards, assists Spanish speaking applicants and helps daily office operations.
Guides clients & surrogate through milestones and logistics with steady communication and follow-through.
